Working with Jewell Homes to design the 2024 Parade of homes model in New Berlin, WI at the Autumn Terrace Subdivision. This home is a split ranch with 3 bedrooms on the man floor with an additional 4th bedroom in the exposed lower level and boasts 3 1/2 baths. This open concept design is a home that is large enough to have a party with room for all, or just a quiet evening at home with the family.
This house also has a special room designed just for this model. In the lower level is our selected feature room a Salt Therapy Room with an entire wall that acts like a sponge to cleans the repository system from harmful bacteria and pollutants.
