Creating a new vision of your home in a new light
When you do not want to leave your neighbor hood that you have come to love and grow in over the years, but need more out of your existing home. I want to help you turn your home into a new experience that you can enjoy with your family and friends for years to come. Below you will see some examples of current and past projects.
Miller Mansion – Oconomowoc Lake
Past remodel includes the Miller Mansion that includes a full remodel of the master suite with the additional use of a small bedroom. This was used to create a new relocated master bath with all of the classic detail including large original windows next to the new luxury soaking tub. Across from the tub is a over sized steam shower with seat and glass surround with views to the back yard.
The second part of this remodel was the third floor family room. This was the original ball room that was removed in the late 60′s and left as an attic. I added a new large dormer to matches the front dormer that faces the lake. This gives the room more western light for the wither months when the room will be used most. The room now has a wet bar with refrigerator next to the game table and TV lounge along with a billiards, darts & pinball area. The new room makes for all kinds of great spaces that no one is ever bored in this haven of a family room. Special for the grand kid’s is a fort that is hidden above the entry door.
Franklin – Remodel
This house built in the mid 80’s and was in need of a new kitchen with some updates to the exterior as well. Added some space to the foyer entry and change to porch to a gable feature that is more impressive with a focal point and better curb appeal. Includes all new windows to the home and updates to the gables with new round vents and a new arched window to upper open foyer.
Room For Ryan – Addition
This is a addition for a handicap young man that was in need of a therapy room with a pool and entry from van lift that also includes options for the track system.
