When beginning the design process I ask many questions that start in general, then become more specific as the design process moves forward. As the ideas are added to the design I make sure that what makes the owners special is also added to the design.

I also review land that you are considering. This will make sure your project will be able to be completed as anticipated before purchasing. With restrictions of setbacks and shorelines can make for a tight fit for the larger homes that are on lake lots or odd shape with sloped grades.
